Registration Guidelines :
- Registration mode will be both online and offline.
- Registration is mandatory to attend the Conference.
- For Spot Registrations, Delegate kit will be subject to availability.
- Kit will be handed over to the registered delegate only.
- After the conference, kit, program book, abstract book or any other workshop material will not be disbursed to the Delegate / Associate Delegate / PG Student.
- The registration confirmation letter will be sent to you within 15 days after the payment realization.
- Fellow / PG Student must submit a Bonafide certificate from HOD / Institute along with the registration form.
- Online registration will be closed on midnight 30th Nov 2022, Further registration will start at the conference venue as "SPOT Registration" Category only.
- For Offline Registration, draft should be in made in favour of
"CARDIOLOGICAL SOCIETY OF INDIA CONFERENCE 2022"

Cancellation Terms and Condition Registration :
- Cancellation & Refund Policy - The last date for receipt of cancellation request is 30th Nov 2022, The refund amount after deduction of back handling charges will be disbursed 30 days after the conference.
- Offline registration will be accepted only with draft.
